Since 1937, Daifuku has focused on material handling – the movement of finished goods and work in progress. Their world-class systems lead the industry by combining conveying, storage, sorting, picking and controls.

Light Duty

1. Conveyor systems – From complete chain conveyors, powered roller conveyors, accumulators, and inclined belt conveyors, Daifuku provides a range of conveyor systems according to customer requirements.

2. Sorting Systems – Daifuku provides several sorting solutions that take speed and accuracy to the next level, including two sliding shoe sorters models: the Surfing Sorter and Surfing Sorter Mini; and the Shuttle Rack M, which has both temporary storage and sorting functions.

3. Picking Systems – Integrating several piece picking components, such as Daifuku’s eye-navi, a digital picking system that integrates wireless indicators, RFID and conveyor; a mini load AS/RS; and robots provides accurate, quick and easy operations.

4. Warehouse Management System – Daifuku’s warehouse management system (WMS) fuses together information technology and optimum distribution equipment and technology to create quality logistics information systems.
