Since 2017, AUROX Composites & Compounds made has been proudly developing and manufacturing AUROX compounds in Finland, for use in crushing and processing equipment.

The product line includes a two-component epoxy resin backing compound for gyratory and cone crushers, a locking compound for bronze bushings (sliding bearings), and a wear-resistant compound for surface protection.

Backing Compound

AUROX Backing Compound is a two-component, epoxy resin-based compound with high compressive strength and impact resistance, for backing wear parts in large gyratory and cone crushers used in extreme heavy-duty crushing operations.

Due to its superior impact and compressive strength, AUROX Backing Compound effectively absorbs energy, minimizes vibration, and reduces the risk of breakdowns of key components. Sediment-free for a smooth and effortless mixing process, it is designed to perform flawlessly in all climate conditions.

Locking Compound

Primarily used in cone crushers, AUROX locking compound is formulated to secure eccentric bushings, preventing any unwanted movement or rotation within the main frame or eccentric housing. This ensures mechanical stability, which is crucial for the durability and efficient functioning of cone crushers under heavy loads and continuous use.
