ERIEZ Light Duty Products

1. Tube Magnets
Eriez’ Xtreme Rare Earth Magnetic Tubes utilize the industry’s strongest magnetic circuit available to recover fine-iron contamination and reduce product wash off for up to 150°F, 250°F or 400°F.

2. Grate Magnets
Powerful, permanent magnetic protection against fine and tramp iron contamination. Designed for simple installation in steep-sloped hoppers, odd and irregular shaped hoppers, floor openings, vertical closed chutes and ducts. Available in Xtreme Rare Earth, Ceramic and Sanitary Grade materials.

3. Ferrous Traps
Eriez’ line of powerful, permanent magnetic Ferrous Traps provide magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipment. They increase product purity by removing small particles of magnetic scale, rust and fine iron contamination. Designed for handling materials up to 150°F (65°C), with special models available for temperatures up to 850°F (454°C).

4. Magnetic Pulleys
Eriez provides a uniform permanent magnetic pulley that will transform your belt conveyor into a powerful self-cleaning magnetic separator. Designed for food, chemical, ceramic, paper and plastic applications.

5. Xtreme Metal Detectors
The Xtreme® Metal Detectors are designed for industry applications including chemical, food processing, packaging, textiles, pharmaceuticals, plastic and rubber.

6. Light and Medium Duty Feeders
Light and Medium Duty Feeders are perfect for feeding bulk material from micron size to bulk chunks. Special units such as multiple drives, enclosed trays or screens can be designed for the best solution to your application.

7. Bin Vibrator
Eriez Bin Vibrators are used in applications ranging from the tiniest hopper to huge bunkers, providing movement of hard-to-handle bulk materials.

ERIEZ Heavy Duty Products

1. Plate Magnets
Plate Magnets installed in chutes, spouts, ducts, pipes, or suspended over conveyors remove tramp iron to help protect machinery, decrease contamination and improve product purity.

2. Suspended Electromagnets
The electromagnet is typically mounted or suspended over a conveyor belt to remove large pieces of tramp metal that represent a hazard to downstream crushers, mills, pulverizers and grinders. Suspended electromagnets also remove sharp metal that can damage or tear expensive conveyor belts, especially at transfer points.

3. 1200 Series Metal Detectors
Eriez model 1200 Series Metal Detectors detect both ferrous and nonferrous tramp metal in magnetic ores, highly mineralized products and aggregate products — even when conveyed on steel-corded belts.

4. Heavy Duty Feeders
Eriez Heavy Duty Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeders are designed for high volume, controlled feeding applications like glass cullet, ore, aggregates, slag and most dry bulk solids.
